The snow just doesn't stop! When will spring be here?
During these winter months it can be difficult to find positives. Many people become sad with the dreary days. Get out and be active. Think about all of the positives in your life. Seek help if you find yourself not feeling well for too long. March is almost here and with that comes more sun and less snow!
"Adopting the right attitude can convert a negative stress into a positive one." Hans Selye
Parent/Teacher conferences are coming up toward the middle of March. Communicate with your child's teacher about any questions you have about school, learning, friendships, or anything at all.
As always, please see me with any questions, comments or concerns you have about learning or our school.
Have a fabulous end to FEBRUARY!
Mrs. Michalski
WHAT'S HAPPENING AT ABRAMS?
Notes from the Office
Parent Teacher Conferences: Conferences are March 21st. Please be sure to communicate with your child's teacher if you have questions or concerns.
Calling all 4k Students! Pre-registration letters have been sent out to all the families on our census list who have children eligible to attend 4K next fall. Hopefully, our census list is up to date and accurate, but if you know of someone new to the area with a four year old child, please have them call the office at 920-826-5819.
Open Enrollment: This year’s Open Enrollment application period will take place between February 4th and April 30th. The Wisconsin Open Enrollment program allows children to attend public school in a school district other than the one in which they live. Early and late applications will not be accepted. Parents may apply online at https://dpi.wi.gov/oe If you do not have access to a computer, call or stop in at the district office.
If your child is currently attending under Open Enrollment, it is not necessary to complete an application form; your child will remain an active student through 12th grade.
