His Grace, Archbishop Smith will be visiting Madonna School February 11th for the morning. He will be visiting all classrooms!
In Support of Sawyer S. in Grade 4
Support Sawyer by:
1. Wearing blue on Thurs., Feb. 14 in support of International Angelman Syndrome Day.
2. Donating a loonie or toonie on Thurs., Feb. 14.
(The money will go to the Hannah's Hope Foundation and the Canadian Angelman Syndrome Society.)
In addition to this, some families may wish to participate in the Angelman Community Awareness Walk/Run which will take place on Saturday, May 4. Currently, the St. Theresa School is the location of the start and finish line for this walk/run which will cover much of Broadmoor Park. Families that are interested in participating in this walk/run can purchase tickets online via the Running Room. Tickets will include the event, a t-shirt, and lunch.
