Let's celebrate Black History Month together!

We know that Black History is American History, and should be a part of a yearlong celebration of joy, resilience and strength. Let's take this time in February to uplift the voices and histories of Black Americans as a way to highlight and build deeper understandings of our shared past, present and future!
The Most Searched: A Celebration of Black History Makers
We would add a few more "most searched" to last year's video, including most searched Youth Poet Laureate, Amanda Gorman, most searched Vice President, Kamala Harris and most searched vaccine scientist, Kizzmekia Corbett.

Let's Talk! A resources for having difficult conversations with students.

Check out this great resource from Teaching Tolerance with tips on how to have difficult conversations with students. The tips and resources work well with mentors, not just teachers in the classroom!

How is BRMA doing? We need your Feedback!

We need your help and feedback in strengthening BRMA. Please take a few minutes to answer a survey that uses the National Mentoring Standards from Mentor: The National Mentoring Partnership. We will be using your feedback to understand where BRMA is doing well and where more support is needed. The survey should take 5-10 minutes.

We appreciate your honest feedback and look forward to our continued partnership.
