Grizzly Gazette: March 2021

News you can use from Dena'ina Elementary School

Principal Post

Dear Dena'ina Families,

As we enter the last quarter of school there are many things to look forward to. During March we always celebrate reading, so we will be closing out our Iditaread challenge and fundraiser at the end of the month as well as hosting a Title I Family Event called Bingo for Books. In the spring we have our penny drive, Camp Read A Lot, track & field, field day, promotions, and more!

Report cards will be coming home after spring break. Remember there is no school for students until Tuesday, March 16th. I hope you all are enjoying the weather and getting outside to play as well as recording lots of reading minutes!

From our Grizzly Family to yours, stay well!

Sincerely,

Mrs. Everett
