Senior Mental Health Awareness Assembly was a success!
Evan from Minding your Mind presented his story to our senior class on Wednesday, February 8th. He shared his story and how he found help and where he is today. This is a follow up to both Senior Health topics in Mrs. Gray and Mr. Reuter's classes as well as a unit in Mrs. Boody's psychology classes.
*As a reminder, it is very important to have continued conversations about mental health with our young people. Students need to know where to find mental health professionals both in their high school as well as college campuses. Military and work areas also offer mental health counseling to their individuals. It is a sign of strength to ask for help and connect with others.
