Issue #3 - What Is AWH and WHY Do I Need to Pay It?

So, What is the AWH Fee?

You pay your Annual Web Hosting Fee (or AWH) to Plexus once a year during the anniversary month of your membership. This low $34.95 fee allows you to purchase your own products at wholesale pricing. It also covers the cost of having your own Plexus replicated website and allows you to share Plexus with friends and profit from sharing.


If you are receiving this newsletter, your automatic renewal did not go through when it should have and you will soon lose your ability to purchase at wholesale pricing!


If you would like to continue to receive the benefits of being wholesale with Plexus, you should call Customer Service and renew your annual membership. Simply call (480) 998-3490 and let Customer Service know that you would like to renew.

Not Interested in Renewing? NO Problem!

My suggestion would be to...


Switch to being a preferred customer and save 15% on each order. If this is you, check out the instructions below for how to change your status from wholesale to preferred.


BONUS: Did you know that after three consecutive months of purchasing your monthly order, you save an additional 10% on your purchases -- that's the same price as wholesale without the annual fee!!


You also have the option of completely canceling your membership at this time. (If you proceed with cancellation, you will not be able to re-join Plexus as a customer or Ambassador for a three month period, so be sure you're certain that cancellation is right for you!)

Want to Downgrade or Cancel?

To switch to Preferred Customer, make an appointment with Angela. Simply request a time for a walk-through call via email angelaBplexus@gmail.com or text 443-852-0385.


Or to resign your Ambassadorship on your own, simply go to:

https://plexus.formstack.com/forms/intenttocancel and fill out the form.


You will be given the option to:

1) stay an Ambassador but turn off your Convenience Order,

2) downgrade to Preferred Customer, (suggested)

3) downgrade to retail customer, or

4) continue with cancellation of the account.


Our suggestion is that you downgrade to Preferred Customer if you're not taking full advantage of being a wholesale Ambassador. That way, you can continue to order the products you want at a 15% discount, without the annual renewal charge.
