Start off with one capsule daily for the first 2 days. ACE may be taken on an empty stomach, or for a lighter effect, take it with a meal. Do not take at the same time with other medications or vitamins - meaning if you take medication at 7 am take ACE at 8 am. You can take ACE on empty stomach for more noticeable effect, with food for less noticeable, or 1 hour after a meal for a little stronger.

Start with 1 a day for the first 2 days, you can safely take up to 4 but most take 2 (1 in the early morning and 1 in the early afternoon) and see amazing results. From day 3 on, take one in early morning and one in the early afternoon, you can eat with it if it upsets your stomach, although it is uncommon. Make sure to drink lots of water! Drink 16 ounces of water within 10 minutes of taking the supplement. Drink 8 glasses of water per day. Do not take too late in the day as sleep may be impaired. Do not take more than 4 capsules daily.

We encourage people to play with their dosage. Vary the time of day or the number of capsules you take from time to time. Everyone is different, so it is important to find out what works best for you personally. Changing it up again at a later date may also help you overcome a plateau in weight loss. Many people benefit from a “skip day”. This slows the metabolism on the day you are not taking ACE and jump starts it when you resume the next day. Do not be obsessed with the scales! Weighing yourself too often can cause undue stress, and discouragement inhibits weight loss! Be sure to take a “before” picture and record your measurements. There are times when you will be losing inches while weight is stationery. You can often judge effectiveness by how your clothes fit.
