Shoutouts and Celebrations
Thank you for your outstanding effort, kindness, excellence, and selflessness.
Kurt Soderberg, Jason Koele, Tracy Klein, and Travis Madigan- Organizing the senior parade on Friday....very special to see our graduating seniors in their cap and gown attire.
Tovah Carson - Responding to the concerns of a student about a friend by reaching out to students in crisis and the SCC staff members who could provide insight and/or direct support.
Tracy Klein - Promptly communicating with a parent regarding a question about ACT testing on Friday evening.
Travis Madigan and Ari Wirebaugh - Thank you for taking the necessary steps to clarify, support, and encourage a student who found this situation to be "enough". You demonstrated a great balance of flexibility, empathy, and reality.
Jen Staidl, Tovah Carson, Adam Sheldon, & Rachel Hanson - For your continued support of our students who need something more, different, or just a consistent connection with an adult they can count on.
High School Teachers - Thank you for doing what it takes to prepare your standards for the transition to Skyward. Also, the meaningful discussions that we will have about student needs over the next two weeks will require your thoughtful consideration and preparation - thank you for doing that work! The quality of your work now will determine our preparedness in the fall.
The Staff at the High School - You are simply the best! Your willingness to contribute and support each other and our families and students throughout this closure has been nothing short of inspiring. Thank you for your dedication, professionalism, and excellence.
Tom & Jenny Sauve - For their generosity in helping us say "until we meet again" to a great colleague and friend in Jason and Jess Koele.
Steph Posta, Garret Wenzel, & Jordee Reimer - Thank you for designing and creating a beautiful gift for the Koele's. **that gift will be in the main office to start the year so everyone has a chance to sign it before we send it to Jason and Jess**
Duane Jourdeans - Thank you for communicating clearly and honestly to help correct a student's behavior. Your willingness to not accept negative behavior led to a call that should result in the growth of a student. Thanks!
