Art Show
The annual Student Art Show was on Wednesday, April 13th. Journalism students displayed photography and art students displayed work from their classes. We had a good turnout of parents and students attending the show. Two seniors, Ariel Robbins and Courtney Davis, displayed their AP Studio Art portfolios.
Winter Percussion at World Championships
The group had their best run of the season; however, fell short of advancing to Finals as only the top 6 groups could move on. The group had a fantastic season as evidenced by finishing second in the first contest, winning 1st place at the WGI Indianapolis Percussion Regional, finishing first at the WGI Mid-South Percussion Championships for the 3rd year in a row, and concluding the season with a Top-10 World Ranking for their class.
Congratulations to the Winter Percussion on another great season!
