Halo Highlight: Grandparents Day Updates (Emailed Thursday morning)

Our Grandparents/Veterans Day celebration begins Friday at 12:30 p.m., and students will be dismissed at the conclusion of the program around 2 p.m.

To accommodate our guests, we are asking that students be dropped off to school or carpool with a friend to free up parking spaces. Click to read more.

Announcements - Student Dropoff

The only place on campus students are to be dropped off and picked up is the school's front entrance on Bank Street. We have had reports of students being dropped off in the faculty parking lot and industrial area in the mornings - this is not allowed and will result in disciplinary action. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Dual Enrollment Reminder

It is that time again! If you are scheduled for a Spring Dual Enrollment course, please complete this Course Enrollment Request Form and return it to the Counseling Department by November 18, 2019.

In addition, Spring tuition will be due on January 6, 2020, when you return from Christmas Break. Please know that the Counseling Department needs you to meet the school deadline, so we can meet the McNeese deadline and ensure you do not get dropped from the course. Thanks so much for your cooperation!

St. Louis Catholic Strategic Vision

The St. Louis Catholic Advisory Council met Wednesday for the second time this year to begin the process of implementation for our Strategic Vision. As you may recall, our Vitality Summit was held in May to prioritize the goals for implementation. The six vision areas of focus are:

  • Mission & Catholic Identity
  • Governance & Leadership
  • Academic Excellence
  • Operational Vitality
  • Student Experience
  • Facilities

Our next meeting is December 4 at 5:30 p.m. If you are interested in volunteering your time or talent in one of the six vision areas, please email morgeron@slchs.org.
