The Omak/Okanogan Rotary Club gives the Gift of Knowledge!!

We are lucky that a global pandemic does not keep our community from giving to and supporting our students! Many thanks to the Omak/Okanogan Rotary Club for donating a dictionary to every third grade student! Students in Mrs. Clark's class show their appreciation below!

4th Grade Collaboration with Methow Arts Alliance

A Methow Artist spent two 1-hours sessions with each 4th-grade cohort. The first lesson focused on sketching a beetle from a picture using quadrants to enlarge an image. The next lesson will focus on blending colors with oil pastels.

Congratulations to January's Pot O' Gold Bike Winner, Ryden Butler!

East Omak Elementary is once again so very grateful to the Palistine Masonic Lodge for the donation of this sweet ride! 5th grader, Ryden Butler was drawn out of hundreds of tickets East students had earned for outstanding participation, digital citizenship, and/or perfect attendance for the week. Pictured at left are East's Counselor, Katie Abrahamson and Palistine Masonic Lodge member, John MacDonald. The Masons have donated six bikes to East this year. We will be able to have Pot O' Gold bike winner every month through June!
