What is it?
The Fit for Life diet is a book that consists of eating fruit in the morning, eating predominately, and taking in high water contents of food. It encourages the consumption of raw fruits and veggies. You must eat more than 2,200 calories a day.
What does it do?
It teaches you how to use proper combinations of food, to lose weight and become healthier overall.
Pros
Many people use this diet and on average people lose 10-15lbs in 35 days.
Cons
Can lead to serious vitamin and mineral deficiencies. You are getting no dairy which is bad because calcium helps build strong bones.
