For COVID safety purposes, two separate Masses will be held in the Gym. Social distancing protocols will be followed closely. All 1st-4th Grade classes will attend the first Mass and 5th-8th Grade will participate in the second Mass. The chairs, bleachers, and other spaces will be sanitized between Masses.

Calling all Room Parents! Now that the 2021-2022 school year is in full swing, Room Parents are needed to coordinate class parties, assist with special events throughout the year and help brainstorm and create class projects for the annual ICCS PTO Dinner Auction.

The ICCS Middle School Football Team will be in action next Wednesday, September 8, at the CCAL Jamboree at St. Louis Catholic High School. All business bulk orders will include personalized company gift tags and free home delivery to clients or staff members living in the Lake Charles area. Nation-wide delivery is also available for out-of-town customers. All orders will arrive directly from the Pacific Northwest on November 27, just in time to decorate for the Christmas season. The items are fresh, fragrant, and will look nice in any home or office space. PTO points will be awarded to ICCS students or parents who solicit local businesses for bulk orders.

The ICCS PTO Auction Chairs, Katie Devall and Kelly Serrano are searching for two co-chairpersons to help plan and prepare for the upcoming 2022 PTO Auction scheduled for Friday, March 25.

Volunteers are also needed to serve on the Silent Auction committee. Help is needed with the following duties and tasks:

• soliciting businesses, artists, supporters, etc. for silent auction items
• picking up auction items from local businesses and delivering them to ICCS if needed
• assist with keeping track of inventory and organizing silent auction items in the months and weeks before the auction
