CMMS Staff,
Below is very important information for your week, thank you for your time and attention reading through the entire weekly email.
A Few Important Items...
*Picture retakes will be held on Tuesday, October 29th. We will call students down by grade level, this is for any students that need retakes or haven't had their pictures taken yet. Staff that haven't had their pictures taken yet also need to stop by for their glamour shots!
*If you haven't completed the FALL SLC LOCATION survey please do so by tomorrow 10/28 so that our support staff has access to the information to help guide students and families during conferences.
*Please enter student names for Students of the Month for Cougar Pride and PE no later than Wednesday, October 30th so we have time to make the certificates. The SOTM party will be held on Friday, November 1 @ 9:00.
*All intervention and resource room classes should progress monitor students with STAR each month (besides benchmark periods), please make sure you progress monitor your students this week if you haven't already done so.
*Make sure to sign up for SEBB benefits ASAP, more information is below!

Kudos Cougars
From Ms.Westmark to CMMS Family: Thank you for bringing enough boxes for me to move every single thing in the house this weekend!
From Mr. Reid to Mrs. Peterman: Thank you for always being so positive and caring so fiercely for our students. They are lucky to have you for a counselor. Also, thanks to you and Mr. Peterman for the delicious pizza. Pizza with Paul was very happy :0)
From Mr. Monta to Mr. Reid: Super groovy hair on Spirit Day.
From Mr. Reid to Mrs. Berglund: Thank you for your sense of humor. I'm a bit of a jokester myself; I appreciate having someone I can laugh with when I'm here at my home away from home. I appreciate your compassion for all kids (and adults). Your students are lucky to have you for a counselor.
From Mrs. Corpuz to Mrs. McFadden: Thank you for finding additional ways to engage families in their child's education with your weekly newsletter question of the week!

Student-Led Conferences
It is expected that all students complete their Student-Led Conference. Our amazing support staff will be checking students and families in for their conference and marking them complete. If you host any conferences outside of our typical time frame please communicate this with Brenda so she can mark the students off the list. We should have SBA/WCAS assessment documents delivered for all students, we will put these into advisors boxes ASAP so you can give these to the parent/guardians. Please reach out for support from your grade level leaders, curriculum leaders or admin if you have any questions about SLCs.
