Printing Student Photo Rosters

Depending on which browser you are using, printing the student photo roster (located in MyCharleston > Banner Self-Service) can be a pain. Sometimes the photos get cut off or only one page will print.

How Do I Remove a Student from My OAKS Classlist?

If you notice an inconsistency between your Banner and OAKS class lists (and it is past the add/drop deadline), click on Request a Student to be Added or Removed from your OAKS Course in the OAKS Requests widget on the homepage (see image to the left).

Do You Have Helpdesk in Your Cell Phone Contacts?

I strongly recommend storing Helpdesk's phone number in your cell phone contacts in case of a classroom technology emergency. If anything in the room is not functioning properly, call Helpdesk immediately. When the phone tree comes on, press 1 for classroom assistance.
