Academics

Read Across America Week 2022

Established in 1998 to help get students excited about reading, this week marks Read Across America Week 2022. National Read Across America Day is Wednesday, March 2nd. Be sure to visit the library or open up your kindle and enjoy the privilege of being able to read!

LinkIt! Form C - ELA and Math

We have 16 school days until we take our district benchmark in ELA (March 16th) and Math (March 17th). We are finalizing our incentive plan for our students!

End of Quarter 3

Thursday, March 17th marks the end of the third quarter. Please encourage your child to turn in any and all missing assignments. Free academic support is available to all students through our Beyond The Bell Program. To sign up, please complete this google form or email Mr. Jolley at bobby.jolley@fsd1.org.

Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence

We are striving to become a Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence Lighthouse School, which is the highest honor a school can receive from the Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence organization. More information will be forthcoming this week regarding this process and how you can help us achieve this elite status!

Athletics

Our soccer teams travel to Wilson High School to open the season against Williams Middle School. The Lady Falcons begin at 5:30 p.m. and the Boy's Team will follow at 7:00 p.m. Tickets for soccer and baseball games can be purchased through our athletic website.
