It is important to eat a balanced diet because you need to be healthy fit too be heathy.There are five main food groups which are Grains,Vegetables,Fruit,Dairy and protien which is meat.Make sure you drink plenty of water to keep hidrated and if you don't you will feel dehidrated and not get much energy.Sometimes you can eat choclate chips and cookies but not always or you will get fat and unhealthy!!

Medicine Safety

You should always keep your medicine in a high place or in a locked cubourd.Make sure you give your chilkd the dosage that your doctor said.keep your tablets away from children under 6 or they will think it's lollies and eat it!!!!So be careful!
