ON-LINE Parent Teacher Conference Sign-Up information!
March 2nd and 6th
1. Go to https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Madison_Elementary_School_4
2. Click on your child’s teacher, follow the on-screen instructions, and provide the requested information. Completing this process will generate an email to you from ptcfast.com to confirm your registration. During this step, you will be able to select all the teachers for all your children. Please note, if you have students in the same classroom, i.e., siblings, you will register one child and then will be given an option to “add a different student at Madison Elementary” and proceed with scheduling the second child in the same classroom.
3. Once you complete step two, you will receive an email. Please open the email from ptcfast.com and click on the link provided in the email which will take you to your child’s class (or classrooms if you have multiple students) to choose a conference date and time.
4. Select a date and ONE 20-minute conference time
*Please note, if you are a two-household family, please communicate with one another regarding scheduling a conference for your child to avoid scheduling two different conference times for your child. If you have concerns regarding this, please call Madison office at 701-446-5100.
5. Click “confirm selections.”
6. A confirmation email will be sent to you from ptcfast.com confirming your conference date and time. Please have your conferences scheduled no later than October 3rd. If a conference is not set up the school will set it up and send you the date and time.
If you need to reschedule your conference time you can do this by logging back into ptcfast.com through the confirmation email and registration ID you received when you first scheduled the conference time. If you need to change your original time and you cannot access the online system, please call the Madison office and we can help you reschedule.
If you have any questions regarding scheduling parent-teacher conferences, please do not hesitate to contact us at 701-446-5100
