GREETINGS McNEAR FAMILIES
It was so exciting to watch the 4th, 5th and 6th graders bring to life the story of Willy Wonka during last week's Performing Arts shows. They all did a terrific job! Of course none of it would have been possible without the huge effort put in by all the parent volunteers, and of course the leadership of Donnie Frank. Thank you Donnie!
The focus for the next few weeks will be on bringing people together to share experiences, culture and food. Next week will be the TIDE Committee's pot luck event, as well as Elders' Day, before we take a break to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends and family. I hope that the whole McNear community can find time to stop and connect with each other and reflect on all that we have to be thankful for.
See you at school,
Neil
