Beautycounter for Target: Better Beauty Getting Bigger

Building brand awareness is key for a young company like Beautycounter. After all, the more people that learn about the company, the more people become educated about better beauty and safer choices.


In that vein, I am thrilled to announce our Beautycounter for Target collaboration that will launch this coming Fall. Beautycounter will be the first ever limited edition beauty brand partner. It will be a partnership similar to the limited edition Target fashion capsule collections (think Lily Pulitzer, Zac Posen, Missioni, Issac Mizrahi and more). This promotion nine-week promotion (or while supplies last) will include 17 items, as well as two items designed just for Target.


As Target said, "We are constantly looking and evaluating the beauty landscape, and Beautycounter was on Target's radar as an up-and-coming brand -- it's an industry-disrupting brand known for cleaner, safer products that are premium in nature, and aligns with what our guests are asking for,"

Packaging and Product Name Changes

If you're already a valued Beautycounter customer, please note some upcoming changes that you'll notice in some of your favorite products. While all ingredients and formulas are still those you know and love, the Essentials Line will now be referred to as Nourishing; and Countertime, which fights the visible signs of aging, will be called Rejuvenating. Various other products, including our Lustro Face Oils, Tints Skins and the Body Line will also reflect new names.


Additionally, Beautycounter will gradually unveil new navy packaging, reflecting a sleek, classic feel with a more modern edge. As we run through our existing inventory, product with the new names and packaging will begin to ship this Spring.
