Pick up your 2022 yearbook! Distribution will last through Wednesday, May 18. You may pick up your yearbook at the concession stand before school starting at 7:15 or during lunch. You must show your Synergy photo ID or other photo ID to pick up your book. Also, make sure you write your name in your book in case you lose it. If you did not purchase a yearbook last fall, a limited amount will be available. Sales for these books begin on Monday, May 16. Cost is $75. First come, first serve.

Look out for the milk jugs in your classrooms! TASSEL is hosting a Penny Wars fundraiser to raise funds for Cambodian children’s education, medical supplies, and living expenses until Wednesday, May 18th. Donate pennies to increase your class’s points and sabotage other classes with silver coins or bills. The teacher with the highest positive point total at the end of the week will receive a prize for all of their class periods

Attention seniors: purchase your tickets to the Senior Ice Cream Social this week during third and fourth lunch at the table outside of the Mustang Mart. Tickets will be presold this week for $5, or $7 at the door the day of the event. Join us this Sunday, May 15th from 2-4 in the Mustang Center for all you can eat ice cream and to celebrate the class of 2022.

Auditions for next year's musical "Newsies" will be Tuesday, May 17th at 4:00pm in the Millard North Choir room. Students interested in auditioning for acting, pit orchestra or signing up for a technical position should join the "Newsies" google classroom and fill out the registration form. Questions? There will be an informational meeting for any Girls that are interested in trying out and playing golf for the Millard North Girls Golf team next fall, on Wednesday May 18 in Coach Welte's Room 1133 at 3:25

Millard North is looking for swim lesson instructors and lifeguards for the Summer learn to swim program here at school. The lessons are in the mornings through the month of June. The position pays $14/hour. If you are interested please email Coach Cunningham or stop by the office and pick up an application from Mrs. Folk.

Are you interested in volunteering this summer for Omaha Public Library's Millard branch? Volunteers ages 14 & up are needed to help patrons sign up and award prizes for our Summer Reading Program and to help shelve. Sign up to volunteer by visiting omahalibrary.org/volunteer

Remember that the cafeteria will be open at 11am this week and next if you would like to eat prior to your afternoon exam.. Also, be advised that afternoon exams may run past 3:15 so plan accordingly for rides.

Along with safety and response protocols, the page also tracks the virus within our district. It shows current active cases of COVID-19, plus the number of active cases per building. The information is updated each weekday morning.
