Breakfast

9:00- Fruit Salad with 2 eggs. with Orange juice 8oz

snack

10:30- Pistachios

Lunch

12:00- Baked Blue Fin, string green beans, sweet potato fries

Snack

3:00- Apples

Dinner

6:00-7:00- Steamed broccoli, Top Sirloin, Baked potato with bacon bits

Drink

Water- 16.9oz 2 servings

Grape Cranberry Juice- 8oz
