Overview of Pilot Opportunity
OTUS is offering Ohio educators and district leaders the opportunity to pilot OTUS's Data and Analytics Management Solution for free, for the second-half of the 2018-19 School Year. The pilot is the perfect solution for small districts that are looking to explore the use of a comprehensive cloud-based data management tool for their district!
OTUS empowers K-12 leaders with the tools to:
· Bring together third-party data (AIR, MAP, iReady, Star, Dibels, AIMSWeb, etc)
· Identify students who meet criteria
· Discover trends
· Monitor growth
Pilot Target Audience: Superintendents, Building Principals, Curriculum Directors, and other Leadership Team Members

What Your District Needs to Do to Participate:
To participate in this opportunity your district/school will need to:
- Register below by November 19th to participate (via Online Registration Button below)
- Connect with Jennifer Gurss, Otus Account Manager, to begin the process of getting your school’s/district’s account set up. No cost to districts participating in the pilot.
- Attend training on Friday, January 11th from 9:00 am -2:00 pm.
What if my district decides to participate beyond the pilot period? If a pilot district wants to continue use of Otus for the 2019-2020 academic year fees will not exceed $2.50 a student for the annual subscription cost!

When used throughout the district, Otus becomes a powerful dashboard for viewing student engagement, performance, and growth. Otus combines three common educator tool sets:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & REMINDERS
Upon Arrival: Upon arrival please check-in at the high school's main office. Once you have checked in the office staff will direct you to distance learning center (DLC) for the workshop.
What time should I arrive at the training site? Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign-in at the office, find the room, and get settled.
What You Should Bring? District leadership team members should bring a laptop with them to the session. Participants should also bring note taking materials and writing utensils with them to the event.
Weather Contingency Policy: Participants should plan to arrive unless they receive a formal “CLOSURE / CANCELLATION” email from the Midwest Regional ESC on the morning of the event. Unless the Logan County Sheriff closes the roads, we plan to move forward with the event.
