Happy New Year From Dr. Phillips
Welcome Back and Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a WONDERFUL winter break! The Phillips Family enjoyed a lot of relaxation and family fun. All of our family is here in St. Louis, so no traveling for us. We enjoyed relaxing at home, walking our dogs, playing games, reading and visiting with family and friends. We did venture out to enjoy some fun St Louis activities. We went to dinner at the City Foundry STL. I highly recommended Press Waffle Company! We also went to see the new Avatar Movie.
Reminders:
- School Resumes on Thursday, January 5th
- Have your children cleaned out backpacks, lunch boxes, and water bottles???? I know my own kids have not touched their backpacks since break began!
- Remember that school officially begins at 8:55 AM. This means your child must be in their classroom at 8:55 AM to be considered as arriving on time. We understand mornings can be full and hectic, but it is important that your child arrives at school on time so they are ready to begin their day, in their classroom, at our 8:55 AM start time. We appreciate your support!
We are all so excited to welcome all of our Long Leaders back to school Thursday!
Winter Parties
Also, the students did complete well over 1000 MyPath iReady lessons in December. WE ARE SO PROUD OF THEIR HARD WORK! They were supposed to pie Dr. Mach and myself in the face before break. We will still do this on Friday! We will share videos.
