Marshmallow Challenge in Ms. Lichty’s Classroom

For their "Unfirst Day" Ms. Lichty's students took on the Marshmallow Challenge, with the tallest structure reaching 28 inches.

Students in grades 9-11 will have their pictures taken on Thursday, September 15, and Friday, September 16.

Seniors: If you did not take your senior portraits over the summer, make-up pictures will be taken from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Thursday, September 29. Walk-ins only.

All senior portraits must be submitted to Mrs. Garrow by Thursday, December 1. If you took your portrait with Prestige, it will automatically be sent to Mrs. Garrow. Be sure to select your pose. All backgrounds MUST BE BLUE. If you took your portrait with an outside photographer, be sure the background is BLUE and that it is either a drape or tux formal portrait. Club News

Freshman class office applications are due to Mrs. Jedlowski in room 3 no later than 3 p.m. on Monday, September 12.

A Youth Volunteer Corps (YVC) interest meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 14, in room 3 after school at 3 p.m.

The RPG Club will be meeting the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month (starting September 15) to play Dungeons & Dragons. Meetings are held in room 218 and go from 3-5 PM. Contact Ms. McCann or Mrs. Chambers for more information.

A Spanish Honor Club Interest meeting will be Thursday, September 15, in room 207 during Packer Block. See Profe Vargas for more information.

Laptop Insurance Options

Reminder: The Device Usage and Distribution Agreement must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian for a student to receive a school-issued laptop.

Safe Teen Driving

This year, the driver education courses have been issued a parent/teen video from VDOE. Students are required to view the video as part of their classroom requirements. It is optional for parents to view the video.
