Parent Communication

Mastery Checks

Starting mid-September, your student will begin checking their grades and missing assignments weekly through their PowerSchool account. They will email that information directly to YOU! Make sure your student knows your email address so they can keep you (and themselves) up to date with this important information.

Communication Modes

Throughout the year, you can expect the following modes of communication:

  • Monthly newsletter
  • Monthly parent meeting (Coffee with the Principal)
  • Weekly emails from your student (Mastery Checks)
  • Intermittent phone calls from teachers, administrators, office staff, and the nurse to relay important information pertaining to your student.
  • Text messages for quick updates

We do our best to coordinate our efforts and prevent you from getting duplicate calls or information. Please be patient with us and let us know if you have any concerns with our communication. We are here to support our school community and ensure a positive experience for our students and families.

Feedback Request

We want to hear from you! Please take a moment to take this survey and let us know how we can better communicate with you. We are always striving to do better for our students and our school community. Thank you for your feedback!
