Adult and Teenager Cooking Classes
This year's culinary camp for teenagers (grades 9 - 13) will take place at Rundles Restaurant - Monday to Friday from noon to 4pm. The adult classes, a sell-out 3 years in a row, will be offered Monday to Friday from 6pm to 10pm. Aspiring chefs will work in real kitchens with restaurant chefs, preparing recipes from the School's actual curriculum.
Each session is dedicated to a different aspect of cookery - working with special international menus.
Monday - Italian
Tuesday - Mexican
Wednesday - Spanish
Thursday - Asian
Friday - Canadian
The cost is $75 per day, which includes instruction, recipes to take home, an admissions package, and a Stratford Chefs School apron (limit 1 apron per student). Sign up for all 5 days and save $25 off the total cost of $375. Register early to avoid disappointment.
