BECOME A VOLUNTEER
Do you want to go with your child on a field trip this year? Or do you want to help in a classroom or with a school activity?
Before taking part in a volunteer activity such as a field trip, applicants must complete a criminal background check. Background checks are good for several years.
To access the online volunteer application, click here or go to our district website at www.eaglepnt.k12.or.us. Click on Parents & Students and then Volunteer Information. Once you have completed the online application, it takes approximately 48 hours to process. Complete the process now so that you are ready for upcoming field trips.
ABSENCES, EARLY PICKUP, PLAN CHANGES
Absences: If your student will be absent, please call the office’s 24-hour absence line at 541-830-6220, and let us know. If we do not hear from you by 9am on the day of absence, we will call home to check on your child. Also, if you have an appointment, bring in the doctor note to excuse your child’s absence.
Early Pickup: If you are picking up a student early for an appointment, please call in at least 30 minutes prior to pick up to ensure your student will be ready and waiting for you.
Plan Changes: If you have a change of plans, such as how your student is going home, please call the office by 2pm.

EPHS FOOTBALL GAMES
Guidelines for Attending:
Our next football game is Homecoming on October 4th.. Elementary & Middle School students have been well behaved for the most part. We want to add a few reminders for students & parents.
1. All Middle School & Elementary students must be accompanied by an adult into the game.
2. The north end of the stadium is reserved for Middle School/Elementary students, who do not want to sit with their supervising adult.
3. No footballs or artificial noise makers are allowed through the gate.
4. Students must be seated and not standing or running up and down the stadium.
COATS FOR KIDS
Does your child need a coat? We have coats in sizes from infant to adult XL. We are also expecting additional coats once the current campaign is completed. Please call the office at 541-830-6220 or stop by and you may choose a coat with your child.
