2016, here it is bright, shiny, and staring us straight in the face. Oh, what are the possibilities that lie within these 4 digits? How will 2016 change you and I as it progresses forward? Will our dreams be fulfilled, will our ideas come to fruition, will this year be more exciting, daring, and riveting than all the past years of our lives? We control it. Whatever we want it to be, it will be. We decide our fate, our future, our dreams, our now… Dream Big, don't hold back let it be whatever you want it to be. We are given one life to live on this earth, and we must make the best of it. I love the new year, a new start, a time to think over my hopes and desires for my future, to start now making a difference in my life and all those I touch on a daily basis. The now is yours too, go with it, don't hold back, make 2016 your best year yet! I can't wait to watch you rock this world….. Happy 2016!

And the moral of the story is????? Don't listen to Barbie!!!

Just know that if you come in to see us and Barbie's been telling you to do wicked things 100 times, we'll get through it, It will be ok, unless it happens again….

  • 8:30 – 9:30 Lead Forward Field Guides in library all professional staff
  • 8:30 -11:30 SPED training @ Technology Building
  • 9:45 – 11:30- kinder- 2nd Analyze DRA, Unit tests – Library
  1. Intentionally completed DRA prior to break for monitoring purpose
  2. Charting student DRA scores, and setting goals for meeting necessary levels over a continuum
  3. Create plan for intervention of low standards

  • 9:45 – 11:30 3rd – 5th Analyze benchmark data, unit tests - Room off of library

  1. Look for trends, diagnose as cronic or not.
  2. Show teachers the predicted progress measure, and identify students not making progress.
  3. Create plan for intervention of low standards

Lunch on your own

  • 12:30 – 3:30 Counselor @ Technology Building
  • 12:30 – 3:30 Continue 3rd – 5th Analyzing and planning for learning
  1. use the Lead4ward documents – PLC Document w/ stimulus, thinking, instructional strategies, and evidence of learning.
