Relay for Life

Join the Lucky Longhorns

It's not too late to donate!

At Relay For Life events, communities across the globe come together to honor cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against a disease that has already taken too much. The funds you raise truly make a difference in the fight against cancer – just ask one of the nearly 14 million cancer survivors who will celebrate another birthday this year!

Thank you to Jackie Stimpson and Debra Baylor-Hackman for your team support.

Thank you Debra Bannister and Sarah for coming out and walking.

How may Longhorns can we get on a team?

We only had a few Longhorns, but that's okay. It's not to late to donate. Click the link below:

12 hours???

Yes, Relay for Life is 12 hours. No, you don't have to stay that long, but you will be glad you did. You can come out for just a few hours or stay all night.

Agenda - times to be announced

Opening Ceremony - Celebrates the lives of those who have battled cancer, inspires hope by sharing recent accomplishments and progress, and reminds everyone that while we are winning this battle, fighting cancer is a year-round priority.

Survivors Lap - All cancer survivors at the event take the first lap around the track.

Caregivers Lap - Anyone who ever cared for someone with cancer walks a lap so they can be honored for their support.

Luminaria Ceremony - The Luminaria Ceremony is a time to remember people we have lost to cancer, to support people who currently have cancer, and to honor people who have fought cancer in the past.

Closing Ceremony - The Closing Ceremony is a time to remember the lives of those lost and to celebrate that each of us has committed, through our participation in a Relay event, to fight back against this disease over the next year.
