I think that the title means that Dreams are a spacial thing and that you need to hold on to them
PARAPHRASE
Hold onto your dreams because if you don't, life can be dull or boring.
When you hold on to your dreams your life will be exciting and flawless

The Connotation of the poem is imagery:
Like a broken winged bird that cannot fly.
Life is like a barre land frozen with snow
