NEW FITNESS INCENTIVE PROGRAM

Deadline for sign up: Friday, January 23 at midnight

Informational Meeting: Sunday, January 25 at 7PM

Start Date: Monday, January 26



Grand Prize: $300 Textbook Bookstore Certificate

Prizes: Geek Shirt & Worcester Shark Tickets, Water Bottles, Heart Rate Monitor/Watch, Workout gear, coffee maker, gift certificates

2. Enter your information, and use your School email if applicable (@wpi.edu) and submit.

3. You will be sent an activation email, click the link in the email to login and activate your IMLeagues account.

4. You should be automatically joined to your school – If not you can search schools by clicking the “Schools” link


How to sign up for the fitness incentive program:

  1. Log in to your IMLeagues.com account.


2. Click the Create/Join Team button at the top right of your User Homepage page

OR
Click on the “Worcester Polytechnic Institute - WPI” link to go to your school’s homepage on IMLeagues.


3. Click on “Fitness” on the upper left hand side under Worcester Polytechnic Institute and next to “Intramurals”


4. Click on “fitness incentive Program”

5. Click Sign up

Zumba

Zumba is a Latin-Inspired, dance fitness class that 15 million are participating in world-wide. Come have fun and be fit with student instructor Liz Desjardins.

Yoga

Yoga is a mixture of breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of specific bodily posters. Come relax and be fit with student instructor Lexi Sturgis. If you have a yoga mat please bring it with you.

INSANITY is a high-intensive max interval training. Come push your limits with the support of others.
