Next week will will have our school musical!!!! Please plan on attending our production of A Small Part of the World in the Southport High School auditorium on Wednesday, May 9th. Students should report at 6:00, and the play will begin at 6:30. Our students have been working hard, and they sound BEAUTIFUL! We look forward to seeing our Little Giants on that MIGHTY BIG STAGE!

LITTLE GIANT OF THE WEEK
Citizens of the Month!
The new MIGHTY DRUM, inspired by the World's Largest Drum of Purdue University, was an awesome way for students to celebrate their success.
School Board Member, Mrs. Emily Hartman visited our school and talked to the kids about the World's Largest Drum. She explained the honor of getting to beat on the drum, then demonstrated how to beat the drum in a Boilermaker fashion! The kids LOVED it! Thank you, Mrs. Hartman! We enjoyed starting this new tradition with you!
A Mighty Art Exhibit
We want to give a shout out to our wonderful Art teacher, Mrs. Pierce, for our hard work putting the exhibit together. It was awesome!
Jackson Hibbert Wins Humanitarian Award
Jackson received this honor for being a kind friend that always goes out of his way to help others. Congratulations, Jackson. We are MIGHTY proud of you!
