August Teacher of the Month: Mrs. Susan Conkin / Agosto Maestra del Mes: Sra. Susan Conkin
Mrs. Conkin's peers voted her teacher of the month for the following reasons...
"Mrs. Conkin stays positive even though she as a class this year that's really giving her a "run for her money." You'd be hard pressed to find her complaining or being negative through all of the strife. She is truly a role-model teacher!"
"Mrs. Conkin has a constant smile and contagious positive energy day after day! The relationships she has with all of her kiddos (including kids she's never taught) is just heartwarming to observe. :)"
"Susan is working with some challenging student behaviors this year, but she never raises her voice and never loses her cool. She is firm but fair. She is showing, not just telling, her students how to handle challenges."
Way to go Susan!
¡Bien hecho, Susan!
