Human Characteristics
Human made features-The Ural Mountains extend about 2,500 km (1,600 mi) from the Kara Sea to the Kazah Steppe along the northern border of Kazakhstan. Vaygach Island and the island of Novaya Zemlya form a further continuation of the chain on the north. Geographically this range marks the northern part of the border between the continents of Europe and Asia. Its highest peak is Mount Narodnaya, approximately 1,895 m (6,217 ft) in elevation.
Language-The Uralic Language constitute a language family of some 38 languages spoken by approximately 25 million people. The Uralic languages with the most native speakers are Hungarian, Finnish, and Estonian, which are official languages of Hungary, Finland, and Estonian, respectively, and of the European Union.
Religion-The relgion in the ural mountains are bashkirs and turkic people.
Political System-The political system is need for the goods that get transported to other countries for money and other uses
Economic activities-The Urals are extremely rich in mineral resources, with variations on the eastern and western slopes according to geologic structure. Ore deposits, for example, notably magnetite, predominate on the eastern slope, where contact (the surface where two different rock types join) deposits are found, as at Vysokogorsk and Mount Blagodat, as well as magmatic deposits (formed from liquid rock), as at Kachkanar
