Mindful Monday @ Gorzycki MS
Every Monday, the entire GMS campus stops what they are doing at 1:11 and participates in Mindful Monday. Students are led through a mindful exercise like breathing or visualization or learn tips and tricks to manage feelings like stress or disappointment. This may look like a bunch of kids who are falling asleep in class, but they are really practicing their mindfulness.

Filming for SXSWedu @ Webb MS
Webb students and teachers shared their experiences with mindfulness for AISD TV for part of the #mindfulAISD workshop at SXSWedu. Webb has a group of outstanding mindfulness advocate teachers and their students are learning some great self-awareness and self-regulation skills. Special thanks to AISD TV for filming & editing the video.
