Week of June 21st
Principal Petrick Message
What a week! What a year! Thanks for hanging in there with us through these historically challenging times. We know it was far from ideal and we are looking forward to getting back to a more normal state of school next year. I will be sending out periodic Summer Bobcat Bulletins to keep you informed and updated regarding what we can expect for next school year. How our school year looks next year is largely framed by the Oregon Department of Education, which should be releasing guidelines by the end of July.
Here are a couple key items as we go into Summer.
1. Our school will become a Construction Zone only on Monday June 21st. There will be no staff at the school or accessibility to the school until August 23rd.
2. Keep on the lookout for a mailing from me regarding two FVES Summer Challenges. These are good ways for students to stay involved with improving literacy skills and to keep active. The mailings should arrive at your home by July 1st.
3. If you or someone you know needs to enroll a student, it can be done online at this link.
I hope you have a fantastic Summer Bobcat families!
