Week 15 (December 4-8)
Hello everyone! It occurred to me late last night as I was preparing my mind for another week of school that I never sent out a Wimmer's Weekly last week...I apologize! Here is a recap of last week:
Writing Skills/Technical Writing classes reviewed and discussed strategies for taking the STAAR EOC retake.
English IV classes have been diligently reading and analyzing Macbeth (we got through Act 2)
Yearbook had a week of downtime last week (aside from senior portraits) and we planned our next deadline.

Weekly Overviews
English IV
Seniors in my English class are still reading Macbeth, and will be until the end of the semester. This week we will finish Act 3, and test Acts 1-3 on Thursday. Some of literary terms we are discussing are:

This week is all about the retake of EOC English I and EOC English II. Today (Monday December 4) is the retake for the English I test, English II will retake on Wednesday, December 6th. This semester, these kids have worked so hard on getting prepared for these exams, and are ready to have them over with!
Yearbook
This week in yearbook, we will be flowing all of the underclass pictures into the book, as well as continuing to work on spreads assigned to this second deadline.
