Upcoming events at our school
Tuesday, November 19th - Parent Visitation Day - Parents are welcome to visit 9:30 - 11 a.m. and 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Our 5th grade Living Museum is at 1:30 p.m.
Friday, November 22nd - First Marking Period report cards distributed. Please note that beginning in the third marking period report cards will be issued on-line via the parent portal.
Tuesday, November 26th and Wednesday, November 27th - Parent/Teacher Conferences (There is no school for students on these days.)
Character Counts Small group lessons
The entire Skyview community was engaged in lessons on the Character Counts pillars on Friday, November 15th. Students were in mixed groups learning about Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring and Citizenship. This was a TRRFCC community building expereince for our school!

Pictured above are the poster contest winners for our Character Counts Week poster contest. There were many excellent entries. The winning posters will be displayed in the main lobby.
Candy Drive a Success!
Many thanks to all of our students who contributed to our Home & School sponsored candy drive for our troops!
6th Grade Internet Safety Lessons
School Resource Officer Mark Stead and 6th grade counselor Mrs. VanBuren will be joining Mrs. Rutter in Computer Literacy class starting next week for internet safety lessons.
