December is such an exciting month!
Polar Express Day!
December 22nd is Polar Express day at Scott Elementary. We are inviting students to wear their pajamas to school that day!
Our schedule is as follows:
*8:45-9:30 Specials Class as Usual
*9:30-10:00 Fun Free Read Pajama Party
*10:00-11:30 Half Hour Rotations (Each class will start at a different rotation.)
Rotation 1: Winter Craft with Mrs. Farrington
Rotation 2: Gingerbread Houses with Mrs. Prindle
Rotation 3: The Snowman with Mrs. Urbaniak
*11:30-12:00 Students will be picked up on the "Polar Express" by our conductor, Dr. Levy, and taken to the library to read The Polar Express with Mrs. Linck.
*12:15-1:10 Lunch and Recess as Usual
*1:30-3:15 Students will watch The Polar Express movie together as a grade level. Parents are invited to watch the movie with their student starting at 1:30! Please check in at the office when you arrive!
4th grade is asking for donations to make Polar Express day a success!
- Graham Crackers
- Icing
- Red Licorice
- Mints
- Any small candies for making gingerbread houses.
- Plastic Spoons
- Paper Plates
- Snacks students could share during the movie.
