Valentine's Day
It's hard to believe that Valentine's Day is just a few weeks away. Information regarding our Valentine's Day party was sent home this week from Mrs. Johnson. I also sent home a class list if your child is participating in the Valentine's Day card exchange. Please remember that if your child participates then they should make a card for every student. Also, HSE policy states that students may not pass out food/candy with cards.
Culture Fair!
Mark your calendar for our Second Grade Culture Fair! All guardians/parents are invited on the morning of February 6th! Details regarding your child's designated presentation time will be sent home early next week.
Message from the PTO Regarding Clothing Donations!
This year while you clean out your closets, we would like you to donate your children's clothes to us. We are collecting clothes to donate to the Department of Children's Services. They are in need. Any size from newborn to young adult would be appreciated. You can drop them off at school. Contact Denise Huston for any questions at 317-626-9940 or denise.huston311@gmail.com.

Social Studies: We will be learning about the different aspects of culture. Students will be focusing on heritage, education, family structure and religion.
