πΆ Our Furry Friends and Family Board!! - Send Pet Pictures!
π Party Volunteers and Donations
If you are volunteering, please arrive by 2:30 to check in through the Raptor system in the office so you have time to help with setup and get to know your activity prior to the party start time!
π Trunk or Treat Message From PTA:
If you aren't doing a trunk and are just attending, the event starts at 6 p.m.! Parking is in the two regular parking lots on the front and by the gym, plus side streets, like normal!
Please don't come early, so we can make sure to have all the cars driven in, parked, and not have to worry about kiddos being around and the safety of kids on the playground, etc. We appreciate it! Don't forget to make sure your costumes are family-friendly and leave the weapons/accessories parts at home! We can't wait to see you!
π Scholastic Book Orders - Due October 25!
Our first book order is open! If you'd like to order books for your kiddos at a discounted price, the best place to order is Scholastic.
Book orders are completely optional. I usually do one in October, one right after Thanksgiving (so you can order holiday gifts if you'd like), and one in April.
Place an order of $25 or more and you can pick a FREE $5 book (use code READS at checkout)
Family Order Due Date: 10/25/23

Invite relatives and friends to help your child discover the pure joy of reading when you share our Class Page link. Every order benefits our classroom, helping me earn FREE books and resources that every child can enjoy.
I will send home paper flyers next week as well, but all orders must be made online!

πSecond Step Lesson - Try At Home!
In this weekβs lesson, your child learned that we can feel disappointed when something we want or expect does not happen.
Try This at Home
Remind your child that everyone feels disappointed sometimes. Ask them what they can do to feel better the next time theyβre feeling disappointed.
