-El Salvador Independence Day:
September 15th when El Salvador citizens display their culture and heritage.
El Salvador Cultural Meals
-Mashed beans, and tortillas
-Mangos, and pineapple.
Lunch and Dinner
-Pupusas: Corn tortillas stuffed with cheese, meat, and vegetables
-Sopa de Pata: Soup made from cow's feet
-Empanadas: Pastries filled with meat, potatoes and cheese.
-Pacalla: Palm flowers breaded and fried to be served with tomato sauce.
-Curtido: A spicy vinegar condiment made from cabbage and other vegetables like Sauerkraut.
-Semita: Coffee cake with guava jam.
-Clean water for boating, swimming, and jet skiing on this beautiful natural landform.

-Preserved Volcanic Crater that is great for hiking.

-Spectacular views while mountain climbing on trails with wide ranges of difficulty.
