Happy National School Counseling Week! We celebrate and appreciate our amazing school counselors who play a crucial role in our educational journey.
School counselors are the unsung heroes behind our students' academic success, providing guidance, support, and a listening ear when we need it most. They help us navigate the highs and lows of school life, offering advice on college applications, career choices, and personal challenges.
To all the counselors out there, you make a significant impact on our lives, and we're incredibly grateful for your dedication!

Monroe Elementary Says Happy Trails to 2 Retirees
After 7 years at Monroe, we are wishing Happy Trails to Keith Schone on his retirement! We had a wonderful time celebrating him at a special retirement party. He never fails to make our staff laugh and his good natured humor will be greatly missed. Both Terri and Keith have been an invaluable part of the Mustang family. Their work ethic and attitudes are imprinted on every heart walking our halls and we thank them for continually making Monroe a beautiful place to be!
We love you Terri and Keith! Once a Mustang, always a Mustang!

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is dedicated to inspiring a love of reading by delivering high-quality, age-appropriate books each month to the homes of registered children under age 5, at no cost to the family.
The Missouri Imagination Library was made possible by legislation (Section 178.694 RSMo) that identifies school districts as the local partner for this initiative.
