When it comes to sleep we all have a bit of difficulty. Whether its work, school or the kids some people really can suffer because of lack of sleep. Sleep is a very important thing, if a person doesn’t get enough sleep they might be suffering from something that is causing this. An average adult needs between 7.5 and 8 hours of sleep per night. of course everyone is different and while some of us say that we can run on no sleep at all it is very important to try to get as much sleep as possible.

why is it important?

Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. sleep can really boost your energy and then later in the day you wont be tired. sleep is a very crucial part when it comes to developing so its important to try to stay on a schedule we can follow or get into easily.

what if someone doesn't sleep enough?

It may surprise you to learn that chronic sleep deprivation, for whatever reason, significantly affects your health, performance, safety, and pocketbook. if someone isn't getting enough sleep it can be dangerous. they will often feel drowsy and irritable. if they decide to drive the chances of an accident increase. not to mention, it can effect your sleep habits in the long run.

some sleep disorders:

sometimes people have these problems because they might have a sleeping disorders. some examples are Insomnia, narcolepsy, sleep apnea, and sudden infant death syndrome. some of these are caused because of a sickness and others arent.
