Winter has come to Barrington! First semester finals are scheduled for Monday, December 16th through Friday, December 20th to accommodate the chance of wintery weather. Students should be prepared for the first day of finals to be Monday, December 16th. On Friday, December 13th, based on the extended weather forecast, we will determine when finals will start, which could be as early as Monday the 16th or as late as Wednesday the 18th. We will post the decision on our web site, Facebook page, and in student announcements. We will also send out an email blast to parents and students.

PLEASE NOTE: Some classes will have a project, paper, portfolio, or presentation as their final assessment or the final exam will be administered during regularly scheduled class time so those course will not be listed on the chart.

Below is the schedule for the three days designated as final exams days.

It’s a great opportunity for high school kids to hear directly from older kids who just went through the college application process and the first semester after high school. All BHS students and parents are welcome. Ask questions to help prepare for the next steps, no matter if you’re a freshman or senior!
