Principal's Message
We have made it to Friday of our 1st full week of school and we are off to a great start!
It was great to get into the swing of things and see parents at our curriculum night and our kids competing on the fields, courses, and courts as we start our spring sports season!
This week and last, we were able to have our team town hall meetings with each grade level. During this meeting, I shared two messages and video's with the students. The first message revolved around being a better person and making a point to make someone's day better. The second message was centered upon learning from your mistakes and doing your very best the next time in the next situation. I shared the same videos and messages with our staff prior to the start of the school year. Below you will find the two videos that we watched as a grade level team at these meetings. So, if you have time, take a look and maybe even quiz your student and see if they were paying attention during the meeting. We will continue to try and make someone's day better and "GO HEAVY" throughout the year!
Enjoy the weekend.
Andy

Principal Advisory Committee at Grizzell
On Friday I sent out the survey linked below to students to gather those who may be interested in being a part of my Principal Advisory Committee for the 2021/2022 school year. If your son or daughter may be interested in serving on this committee, please have them complete the survey that was sent to their school email. I will be limiting the number of students at each grade level, so everyone who has interest may not be part of this committee.
