Rest, Recharge and Find Joy
The last few weeks have felt something like a science fiction movie that we've all been cast in. But, no, it’s real life. A new normal that none of us are interested in. Now, more than ever, we must stop and take a break to recharge our internal batteries. Between the mental and physical exhaustion we feel, it's important to rest, recharge and find joy over the coming days. While you may not be experiencing your typical level of motivation or inspiration, you might be surprised by the amount of joy you feel when completing even the smallest task.
- Help someone in need by sending them needed supplies.
- Contribute to a cause that you care about.
- Take a walk, while practicing safe social distancing.
- Create something - art, food, a home-improvement project.
Do something that brings you joy. :-)
(*) Due to the shortened work week, this edition is light on content. Stay tuned for more in the next edition which will be distributed on Friday, April 24th.
