Lindsey Weekly Update

Mrs. Bellan's Update
Boy, it is hard to write a message that sums up this week. The emotions that our families have experienced are beyond imagination as it is a time of fear, worry, and unpredictability. And despite all of this, we yet again see the strength of our families, our staff, and our community.
As we continue to take things day to day, know that our staff is committed to helping make sure our kids are safe, healthy, and learning. Everyone has a very personal story during this time and we want you to know that we are committed to your child's education; however, safety and emotional security will always remain the top priority. Please know that we as educators who like plans and predictability will need to work in unprecedented ways that allow for flexibility of families.
As soon as we know more specifics of the duration of this, our plans, instruction, and expectations will likely change. Please know that teachers are working diligently to learn new technologies that will make this all possible.
Stay tuned for more updates but know that we are here in the meanwhile to support your family during the most unusual of circumstances. If your child is struggling emotionally, please feel to reach out to Mrs. Zannetti to get some additional ideas on how to support your child during this difficult time.
Next week, we will be observing Spring Break. Beginning the week of March 30, students are expected to begin the work that was shared either by paper or electronically. More details specifics work expectations will be coming for your child's teacher(s).
Take care and be well. Let us know what you need. Know we miss your kids more than you can imagine!
Best,
Meagan Bellan
