Lanoka Harbor School Newsletter
January 2022
Dear Lanoka Families,
Mrs. Kilmurray and I would like to wish everyone a safe and joyous Holiday Season, as well as a happy start to the upcoming New Year. This season of the year certainly is a time to rejoice for what the future may bring, and reflect on the many blessings that we have in our lives. I can speak for Mrs. Kilmurray and the rest of the LHS staff when I say, we all count being part of the Lanoka Harbor School community as one of those blessings.
I would like to thank our PTO executive board members, PTO volunteers, and the staff members that assisted in the return of the annual LHS Winter Workshop. It certainly feels good to continue to move forward and restore some of our pre-Covid activities. This one in particular always seems to spread holiday cheer and excitement for our students and their families.
Also, thank you to all of the families that have contributed supplies for classroom projects and activities, as well as our collection efforts in support of outside community efforts. The students always seem so cheerful and proud as they bring in their contributions to the school.
So here is to the wish of a peaceful close to 2021, and the hope of a successful and rewarding 2022.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Brewer, Principal
Theresa Kilmurray, Supervisor
